1st Saturday Silent Day of Mindfulness

Silent Day of Mindfulness (First Saturdays)


A full day of practice that is free and open to all. The center will be practicing silence from 9am through 3pm.


9am Opening chants, Meditation Instruction and Sitting


10am Shamatha/Vipassana/Bodhicitta practices, Werma, Shambhala Sadhana, Rigden Ngondro, Ashe Society


12pm Contemplative Lunch (Bring your own)


1pm  Shamatha/Vipassana/Bodhicitta practices, Werma, Shambhala Sadhana, Rigden Ngondro, Ashe Society


2:30pm Sitting and Closing Chants
