Shambhala Training Level II: Weekend Retreat
with Kara Dansky
March 21 / 7:00 PM - March 23 / 6:00 PM
Building on our foundation of meditation practice, we explore how habitual ways of thinking prevent us from experiencing the full potential of our lives and obscure the raw brilliance of the world in which we live. We begin to appreciate that there is no fundamental obstacle to experiencing basic goodness.
The second in the series of Shambhala Training weekend retreats, Level II includes instruction on meditation, talks by the director, individual meetings with teachers, and discussions with other participants. We conclude the program with a celebratory reception.
Prerequisite: Shambhala Training Level I
Way of Shambhala Year I participants: We very highly recommend that you also participate in Contentment in Everyday Life, the companion course for Shambhala Training Level II in the Way of Shambhala curriculum.
