Through the practice of meditation, we glimpse unconditional goodness as the ground of our existence. Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings.
In this 2 day workshop, students are introduced to the idea of basic goodness and the practice of meditation in a supportive, social environment. The weekend includes meditation practice, discussion, and individual meetings with meditation instructors.
This is the first class in a series of classes. This class can be taken independently or can be taken as the first in a series of 5 weekend programs.
