Shambhala Sadhana Practice
November 21 / 6:30 PM - November 21 / 9:30 PM
The Sakyong has written this practice so that we could deepen our understanding of Basic Goodness as individuals and as a community. The Shambhala Sadhana is simple, and very powerful in its direct access to Basic Goodness. The practice is open to people who have taken the Enlightened Society Vow and who have received the Lung (oral transmission).
The Shambhala Sadhana is practiced on the third Thursday of the month. The practice is followed by a feast.
On March 20, Shastri Benoît Cöté will lead the practice folowed by a discussion.
During weekdays, the street-facing front door is locked as of 4:30 pm. You have to punch 203 on the keypad near the door and wait until you are answered. One in, please make sure to close the door behind you.
