with Suzann Duquette
December 7 / 2:00 PM - December 7 / 4:00 PM
Shambhala Online offers a Shambhala Sadhana Event every other month. This is an opportunity for people to gather with their centers or groups and practice the Shambhala Sadhana together online. Individuals are also welcome to participate.
This 90-minute program includes a brief presentation and Q&A with a Shambhala acharya or shastri. In order to participate, you have to have taken the Enlightened Society vow and received the lung and Sun Transmission.
Shambhala Sadhana and Warrior Manifestation
The Shambhala Sadhana is a unique practice that opens our hearts to feeling basic goodness in ourselves, others, and society. As warriors, how do we sustain the power and feeling of this practice in our daily lives? After a short Shambhala Sadhana practice, we will discuss the chapter entitled "Inspiration and Manifestation" from The Supreme Thought by The Kongma Sakyong II, followed by an open Q&A about Shambhala Sadhana practice.
