Tuesday Night Meditation


April 15 / 7:00 PM - April 15 / 8:00 PM

Tuesdays, 7:00 – 8:00 PM | Open to all, free of charge


Join us in group practice of the Shambhala community’s core discipline of mindfulness-awareness meditation. Periods of silent sitting meditation alternate with shorter periods of walking meditation. Each session starts and ends with chants.


Introductory and follow-up meditation instruction are available at 7:00 PM. (To learn about meditation instruction see our Meditation page.)


We provide meditation cushions, benches and chairs. You may come and go as you wish.
