Harvest of Peace

September 22 / 8:15 AM - September 22 / 3:00 PM

Celebrate the Fall Equinox of 2013 with Community, Meditation, Feast and Vision!

Harvest of Peace, held around the time of the autumn equinox, is an opportunity for local communities to gather, hear teachings by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, and celebrate the riches of our local cultures and heritage. The Sakyong will address the international community through a recorded video broadcast.

Come join us with the abundance of your heart, the richness of the season, and the inspiration of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Everyone welcome - young and old, members, friends and newcomers. Please join us for the entire day or any part. There will be some activities for children including bobbing for apples. Consider bringing a favorite book to share with children.
