Sadhana of Mahamudra

August 21 / 7:00 PM - August 21 / 8:30 PM

In the Shambhala tradition, the Sadhana of Mahamudra is practiced with others in the shrineroom on the full moon or new moon. It is not available outside of this context.

It is a profound work that speaks directly to non-conceptual mind, creating the space for a breeze to blow between our preconceived ideas and a direct experience of life.

We begin the evening with some light refreshments and then a short meditation practice before reading the Sadhana.

Everyone is welcome.
