The Shambhala Principle (Eastside Shambhala)

Shambhala Center offers meditation sessions on Monday evenings in Issaquah. Everyone is welcome. Perfect for both beginners and established meditators. All are welcome.


Schedule:



  • 7:00 pm:  Meditation instruction for those new to meditation

  • 7:00 – 7:45 pm:  Meditation

  • 7:45 – 8:45 pm:  Talk and discussion (see below)


During four Monday evenings in July, following meditation, we will work to deepen our understanding of The Shambhala Principle by working with some specific contemplations presented in this book by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Before each group meeting please read and reflect on the chapters listed below.
