The Way of Shambhala: Meditation in Everyday Life

The Meditation in Everyday Life course, a companion class to the Level I retreat of Shambhala Training, provides the opportunity to deepen the experience and understanding of meditation, with practical suggestions for establishing a sitting practice in the midst of our speedy lives. Each evening class allows for open discussion of the challenges that students face in their practice.
Prerequisite: Shambhala meditation instruction (completion of Level I retreat is not required)
This five week evening course meets on Tuesday nights from 7-9 PM.
Our Generosity Policy
In order to make our programs accessible to everyone, we have a “pay what you can afford” policy. If the program price is an obstacle for you, please decide what works for you and offer whatever you can.
For those who can offer more than the program price, we have a “patron price”. Your generosity in offering the patron price helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price.
