Through the practice of Meditation, we look at our experience in a fresh, unconditioned way that allows us to discover that our existence is basically good, regardless of the particular conditions of our lives. This experience of Basic Goodness, our innate wisdom, is the ground for the development of Confidence and Gentleness, leading to a kind of ordinary magic in our daily experience.
Shambhala Training Level I offers an excellent introduction to mindfulness meditation and the Shambhala Path of the Warrior. Participants will be provided with in depth meditation instruction - both group and individual instruction.
This is the first weekend in a cycle of five weekends (Levels I - V) which will be run at later dates.
