“The method for beginning to relate directly with mind is the practice of mindfulness. There are four aspects to this practice, traditionally known as the Four Foundations of Mindfulness.”   


Melissa Robinson began practicing in New York City in the early 1970’s. She and her family moved to Boulder, Colorado, in 1978 and she has been teaching in the Buddhist and Shambhala traditions since the 1980s. She and her husband retired to Northern Colorado in 2012 after sixteen years as the Resident Directors of Dorje Khyung Dzong Retreat Center.
