Meditation Instruction is given during the retreat.
Retreat schedule: 9 am to 5 pm with a break for lunch. Meals are taken in silence.
Participants can bring their lunch and eat at the centre or go outside (lots of restaurants around).
A tea is offered every afternoon.
Cost: $30 per day/$15 for half day. Special price for whole retreat: $100
