Join Lisa Stanley for a Dharma Arts Talk about Generosity, Community, and Art.  This will be the key note talk of Life.Art.Being : Integrative Arts Summer Festival: an immersion into the contemplative and expressive arts, held in collaboration with the Be.Space


Lisa Stanley is the director of the Shambhala Meditation Center of Portland, and has been a practicing artist and teacher of fine arts for over thirty years. Her work has been exhibited at venues such as Princeton, NYU and the Museum of Contemporary Arts Denver. Ms. Stanley has been a Shambhala Buddhist practitioner since the 1970's. She was introduced to the Dharma Art teachings as an assistant to Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. She helped to develop the Shambhala Art program and has taught the curriculum since 1996. She is a Senior Teacher of the Shambhala Arts.
