Sadhana of Mahamudra
July 8 / 6:00 PM - July 8 / 7:00 PM
Open to everyone
The Sadhana of Mahamudra is a liturgical text that we practice on both the full and new moon days. Composed by the Vidyadhara Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche in a sacred cave in Bhutan in 1968, the sadhana was an important turning point in his presentation of the Buddhist teachings in the West. It is written for modern times with the expressed intention of overcoming the obstacles of spiritual materialism in our practice, our lives and the world. Because it was meant for the current era, it's potency is particularly strong.
