Contentment in Everyday Life

This course provides an exploration of mindfulness meditation, the foundational views of the Buddhist teachings, and meditation in action for daily life. With meditation practice, we learn to appreciate ourselves and simple human experiences. Difficult emotions and the challenges of life can be met with gentleness, steadiness, and humor.
This is a five-class course. The first three classes will be on consecutive Thursday evenings starting on October 31st. Classes four and five will be held on Saturday November 16th.
All are welcome to attend this course. Generosity policy applies ~ You may pay less than the set amount if necessary, or more if inspired to support the Fredericton Shambhala Centre's activities.
Completion of this course is the prerequisite to attend the Joy in Everyday life course.
