Shambhala Sadhana Practice
October 17 / 6:45 PM - October 17 / 8:15 PM
A time when those who have received the Shambhala Sadhana may practice together as a group. Texts are available if you do not have one.
This practice requires a lung to attend. Anyone who received the lung at the Shambhala Sadhana Retreat (April 2012 in Boulder) is welcome to join in group practice. Only Tantrikas and those who have been through Enlightened Society Assembly can take the practice home.
A Coordinator is needed each month. Please sign up HERE to coordinate.
An Umdze and Chopon also are needed ---> If you are a Vajrayana student or a graduate of ESA, please sign up to Umdze HERE.
Please register if you plan to attend (see link below).
If you have any questions about this group practice, please call or email the Shambhala Meditation Center of Denver, and ask to speak with Valéria Pasta Snyder, Director of Practice and Education for Vajrayana:
"I have composed a sadhana known as the Shambhala Sadhana that helps us, through the powerful practice of meditation, deepen our insight and feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society."
