Meditation in Everyday Life

Sitting meditation from 6 - 7 p.m. will be followed by class from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
This course provides instruction in peaceful abiding meditation and discusses ways the quality of our daily life can be improved by meditation. By deepening our experience and understanding of ourselves through the practice of meditation, we more fully become who we truly are.
Using a range of learning aids - including meditation instruction, experiential exercises and strong community support - course contents include the fundamental tools and teachings for making mindfulness meditation part of one's everyday life.
Meditation In Everyday Life is both a companion course to Shambhala Training Level I as well as a stand-alone introductory course.
