Harvest of Peace
September 22 / 9:30 AM - September 22 / 12:00 PM
Please join us on Sunday, September 22 for our annual Harvest of Peace gathering at the Boulder Shambhala Center. Families are especially invited.
This celebration of Shambhala culture and community will begin with opening chants and some sitting meditation practice, and will include:
- Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche's Harvest of Peace Address (recorded)
- An address from Ulrike Halpern, Executive Director, Boulder Shambhala Center
- A presentation of the results from the recent Boulder Shambhala Center membership survey
- Brunch and Celebration in the Community Room
Child care, children's activities, a simulcast of the Sakyong's Harvest of Peace address, and a family brunch will be offered in the Shambhala Training Hall. The Family Room will also be open throughout the morning for parents and children.
There is no need to register for the Harvest of Peace– just come! Please arrive a few minutes early to find parking and to visit with friends on this special occasion.
We look forward to seeing on Sunday, September 22!
