SIMPLY SITTING -  A daylong meditation retreat.


Join us on May 25th for a day of simple sitting meditation practice. The day will consist of alternating sitting and walking meditation.


Why not give yourself the time and space to cultivate calmness and stability of mind? You will feel the immediate benefits in the following days.


This is a community event and all are encouraged to attend, both beginner and more advanced practitioners, the only requirement is that you have some experience with meditation practice
