Shambhala Sadhana Practice

In January 2011, toward the end of his year in retreat, the Kongma Sakyong composed the Shambhala Sadhana as a way to celebrate and strengthen our understanding and realization of basic goodness and enlightened society.
Pre-requisites: All those who have taken the Enlightened Society Vow and have received the reading transmission (lung) for the Shambhala Sadhana are welcome to gather and practice together as a group.
Please bring your Sadhana copy and, if you wish, your mala.
9:00am to 10:30am Shambhala Sadhana practice and contemplative readings
10:30am to 11:00am Tea Break
11:00am to 12:00pm Shambhala Sadhana practice
To fully experience practicing the Shambhala Sadhana in a group environment attending both sessions is encouraged. If you are only able to attend one session please plan to arrive or leave during the tea break.
