Yoga for Meditators

Yoga offers a magnificent opportunity for meditators to take care of the body. This class is meant to help meditators and "those who sit" to open through a vinyasa or "flow" series. The class is designed to open and strengthen our hips, legs and backs to create more space in our bodies to relax into the present moment; to stay longer in meditation without our body's rebellion. Beginners are welcome as the class will be taught to all skill levels.
Suggested donation: $10 per class. In the comments section of the registration form, please indicate which date(s) you would like to attend.
