Public Meditation Monday Evening

Public Meditation consists of sitting in mindfulness meditation and walking meditation. We will begin at 5:00 pm and conclude at 6:00.
This is an "Open Sitting" - there will be no timekeeper. Come and leave according to your schedule, and enjoy the moments of silence after a busy day.
Everyone of any level of meditation (or no meditation experience) is welcome. You may come and go as you wish.
