If you have been meaning to meditate more this year—or want to learn to meditate— this is the day for you! An all-day retreat is best experienced in its entirety, but people are free to arrive and leave at any time. There is no need to preregister. Taking the time to sit in meditation for a full day is a powerful gift—to yourself, to your family, and to your community. Come rest with us in peaceful abiding.
Meditation Instructors will be available throughout the day to give instruction and answer questions about meditation practice.
