Meditation Instruction is given during the retreat.
This retreat is an opportunity for members and new practitioners to practice together. Saturday will include meditation sessions, mindfulness of body exercises, contemplations and a short talk followed by a discussion in the afternoon. The retreat on sunday morning will be part of the Sunday morning Meditation. People can attend either a part of the retreat or the whole retreat. It is encouraged to do whole mornings or afternoons.
