Meditation in Everyday Life

This course is the first in the Way of Shambhala, consisting of five classes held on weekday evenings, or over two weekend days. It provides an introduction to how our minds work, and how we can use the practice of meditation to develop a greater sense of openess, relaxation and peace in our lives.  With simple instructions and support, mindfulness meditation practice can become part of our lives, bringing greater stability, strength, and clarity. It is very much about using these techniques to work with everything in our lives, not only for the time we spend meditating.

This course will be held on the 25th and 26th May, at 28 Great Kings Street, starting at 10:00 am on Saturday and finishing at 6:00pm on Sunday. CANCELLED. THis course will be re-scheduled later in the year.

Tea and coffee will be provided, for lunch we could go out, or people may bring sandwiches to eat in if they prefer.

The cost for the weekend will be £25
