The Practice of Aiding
April 24 / 7:00 PM - April 24 / 8:30 PM
Service and generosity are two important aspects of the Shambhala Buddhist path. The practice of aiding is a direct way to work with these two aspects. We invite you to join us for a special class to explore the view and practice of serving as an aide for programs at the DC Shambhala Center. This class is an excellent introduction to the aiding as "meditation in action," and for those who have aided previously it is a great way to refresh and reconnect to this practice.
To hear about the experiences of Ryan Winger with regards to aiding, check out this blog post here: Aiding as a Practice
Prerequisite: Shambhala Training Level III
There's no cost for this class but please do let us know if you plan on attending by using the registration link below.
