Public Meditation Tuesday Noon

Public Meditation consists of sitting in mindfulness meditation and walking meditation. We will begin at 12:00 pm and conclude at 1:00.
A MI (meditation instructor) will be on hand at 12:00 to give FREE meditation instruction to new or returning individuals who may want to refresh the instructions or have questions about the technique.
Everyone of any level of meditation (or no meditation experience) is welcome. You may come and go as you wish.
