Take a moment for mindfulness meditation in the middle of your busy day.
A meditation instructor will be on hand to give free meditation instruction or to answer questions about the technique.
Everyone of any level of meditation (or no meditation experience) is welcome. You may come and go as you wish between noon and 1 PM.
