April 7 / 1:00 PM - April 7 / 3:00 PM
We invite you all to enrich our community by sharing your ideas about how we can strengthen our connections and enjoy each other’s company - the sky’s the limit! Maybe you’ve been wanting to do some hiking to drala spots, join a book group, visit a museum, discover new cafes, find like-minded people to ride motorcycles with or enjoy some kid-friendly activities. Come to this gathering to share your ideas and inspiration. We will present a structured format in which ideas are shared and everyone will then have an opportunity to join in small group discussion about any of the ideas that interest them. There is no obligation to take responsibility for any activity - just a chance to explore the possibilities. We will start at 1:00 with an overview of the process. This will be followed by gatherings of small groups of people with shared interests. There will be opportunity to move around to different groups. We will reconvene in the community room to talk about going forward. Everyone is welcome. For families, this is an opportunity to connect with others about childcare and/or kids programs.
This is sponsored by the Societal Health & Well-Being (SHWB) group.
Prerequisites: None. Open to everyone.
Location: Seattle Shambhala Center, 3107 E Harrison St, Seattle.
