Is preceded by the usual Thursday Meditation session from 6 - 7 p.m., for those interested.

We welcome anyone who wants to learn about working with addiction from a Buddhist perspective.

No membership, fee or prerequisites required: drop-ins welcome.


 We read books that explore addiction recovery using Buddhist/mindful approaches. An alternative to 12-step, we use reading, meditation and discussion to work with our addictions, whether they are to alcohol, drugs, food, other substances, people or activities. Books may be available to buy, but purchase is not required--copies will be available for use.
