Sadhana of Mahamudra Practice and Feast

April 4 / 7:00 PM - April 4 / 9:00 PM

The Sadhana of Mahamudra is a meditation practice and liturgy chant written by the Vidyadhara Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche while on retreat in Bhutan in 1968. It expresses his presentation of the teachings in a direct and penetrating way, traditionally known as "crazy wisdom."
The text itself evokes this sudden fruition view, as if we are awakened buddhas on the spot, presenting in poetic language and symbolic imagery the most profound teachings of vajrayana Buddhism.

It includes a feast practice, which expresses the sacred nature of all activities, including eating and drinking.

If you plan to come, please register early, so that we know how much food to provide.

Program price: $10
