Full Moon Drala Hike in Everglades National Park
with Ernie Lynk
May 25 / 6:00 PM - May 25 / 9:00 PM
Drala Hikes are an opportunity to experience the power of nature in connection with our mindfulness practice. Drala Hikes occur the first Saturday of every month. We are pleased to have Ernie Lynk as our guide to the beautiful natural world of South Florida.
Our final hike for the season will be a full moon hike in the Pinelands area of Everglades National Park. We'll start our trek as the sun goes down to experience the remarkable transition of the earth from day to night and then follow the moon back. Wear sturdy shoes, layered clothing and bring a snack and lots of water.
We will meet at the Coe Visitor Center no later than 6 PM. Please wear layered clothing and sturdy shoes suitable for rough and sometimes wet terrain. Bring water, a snack, bug spray and a flashlight. In addition to the registration fee there is a $10 entrance fee to the park.
The drala hike is for those who already have an established meditation practice.
