The Sacred Path program continues to deal with bringing the principles of warriorship and the practice of mindfulness-awareness into daily life. In particular, it is designed to nurture the student's natural ability to experience the world as sacred and his or her aspiration to create an enlightened society.
Patton Hyman is a practicing attorney and President of Tail of the Tiger, a nonprofit educational organization that presents retreats and programs applying mindfulness meditation in the professions, business, and the arts. Patton has taught meditation, including teacher trainings, for 30 years, and served as Resident Director (Atlanta) of Shambhala Training for nine years. He is the author of “The Mindful Lawyer: Mindfulness Meditation and Law Practice”. and lives in Barnet, Vermont with his wife, Carol.
