Shambhala Sadhana Transmission
with Mary Campbell
May 12 / 9:00 AM - May 12 / 7:00 PM
"I have composed a sadhana known as the Shambhala Sadhana that helps us, through the powerful practice of meditation, deepen our insight and feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society."
–The Kongma Sakyong, Jampal Trinley Dradül
The Sakyong composed this practice to deepen our personal and social connection with basic goodness. The Shambhala Sadhana is simple and quite powerful in its direct approach to basic goodness.
This event is for members who have attended at least Sutrayana Seminary, and taken the Shambhala and Enlightened Society vows (offered on the previous day, May 11th, 7pm).
It allows those who have attended Sutrayana Seminary and those who have attended Vajrayana Seminary to practice it individually, as well as in a group.
The day will conclude with a Shambhala Sadhana feast at 5pm on Sunday, open to all who have received the transmission to this practice.
