In-Town Retreat (Weekthün)

A retreat is a time of intensive practice of meditation and contemplation. Each day includes meditation instruction, walking meditation, mindfulness of body exercises, contemplations and a short talk followed by a discussion in the afternoon. People can attend parts or the whole retreat. People who have in mnd to participate partially are encouraged to do whole mornings or afternoons.
The retreat can be considered as a weekthün for those who attend the whole retreat and need it as a prerequisite to do other more advanced programs.
