Meditation Intensive

July 12 / 6:00 PM - July 14 / 4:00 PM

A weekend intensive suited for both beginning and experienced meditators.  Opportunities to meet with a qualified meditation instructor in a beautiful simple environment.  Opportunities to practice both sitting and walking meditation throughout the day and simple vegetarian meals provided. 


Friday night:


6:00 pm arrival and registration


8:00pm introduction to meditation


9:00pm evening for suggested reading from library


Saturday


7:00am coffee and tea


8:00 breakfast


9:00 meditation instruction and practice


11:00 break to hike meadow and/or woods


12:00 lunch


1:30 meditation practice


3:00 tea break


4:00 meditation


6:30 dinner


8:00 meditation practice


9:00 conclude practice for time for reading and contemplation


Sunday


7:00am coffee and tea


8:00 breakfast


9:00 meditation instruction and practice


11:00 break to hike meadow and/or woods


12:00 lunch


1:30 meditation practice


3:00 closing discussion


4:00 return to home, refreshed, focused, and inspired.
