Thursday Evening: Recorded Teaching

This is one of a series of three recorded teachings. The topic is still to be confirmed.,

A typical evening begins with 30 minutes of meditation, followed by the talk for the evening. We then break into small groups to discuss the talk, and then come together for tea and biscuits.
