Not Being Afraid of Who You Are

with Moh Hardin
May 10 / 7:00 PM - May 10 / 9:00 PM

As the first principle of Shambhala vision, not being afraid of who you are points to a spiritual path that is not based on trying to change ourselves. There is nothing to be fixed! Rather, the path is one of uncovering who and what we most truly are.

Acharya Moh Hardin is the author of A Little Book of Love (Shambhala Publications, 2012).

Acharya is a Sanskrit word that means "teacher." It refers to individuals empowered by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche to represent him and the Kagyu, Nyingma, and Shambhala lineages he holds. Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche chose these individuals because of their knowledge, wisdom, and commitment to the confluence of teachings found in Shambhala. Acharya Hardin currently serves as Regional Acharya for the Atlantic Provinces of Canada, as well as the states of Texas and Louisiana.
