Meditation in Everyday Life

with Jason Newman
March 13 / 5:30 PM - April 10 / 7:45 PM

The Meditation in Everyday Life course is designed to provide both beginners and experienced practitioners with the tools and teachings for working with meditation in everyday life.  With simple instructions and support, mindfulness meditation practice can become part of our lives, bringing greater stability, strength, and clarity.

You can attend the first class for free to check it out. You can join the course at any point.

The recommended text for this class is "Turning the Mind into an Ally" by Sakyong Mipham (ISBN-10: 157322345X; ISBN-13: 978-1573223454)

This class is appropriate for the first-meditator as well as those who may have lost connection to their meditation practice or want to practice on a more consistant basis.

Our generosity policy supports individuals who need to pay less due to financial hardship.  Please discuss any concerns about cost with the Registrar, Eric Ballou, prior to the first night of the program.
