Way of Shambhala: Level IV. Awakened Heart

with Linda Mockeridge
November 16 / 9:00 AM - November 17 / 6:00 PM

Awakened Heart is a further step toward precision and Openness.  Everything that occurs in meditation practice is used as a catalyst to bring you back. Appreciating this, that everything can bring you back and you can still practice, you can be awake. An awakened heart allows us to live without resentment or expectation.
