Join in a free meditation run, beginning with meditation instruction and a brief sitting practice, a 3-mile running practice, and ending with a discussion, led by Dan Phillips


This event is for anyone curious about exploring their mind/body wellness through the practice of running, jogging or walking, and is open to everyone.
