The Tucson Shambhala Meditation Group will present the 5th of a 5 part training series - Wisdom In Everyday Life. Building on the four prior 5-week coarses (Meditation,Contentment, Joy, and Fearlessness in Everyday Life) in Wisdom in Everyday Life(WIEL) students will receive practical instructions for transforming confused emotions and situations into effective actions as they arise. No longer deterred or depressed by obstacles, we can include everything as part of the path. The challenges of daily life become opportunities for both contemplative practice andsocial action.
This is the first time the WIEL 5-week course will be offered at Tucson Shambhala. We have twice offered the four prior 5-week coarses and all those who have attended the prior courses are encouraged to attend.
