Fearlessness in Everyday Life

This is the fourth course in the Way of Shambhala series..
As the path continues, we learn to work with anxiety, so that we are not blocked by fear. Through an exploration of the traditional Buddhist teachings of mind and the nature of reality, we learn to see clearly. We dare to face life and death as they are. The meditator, open to uncertainty, goes beyond hope and fear.
PREREQUISITE: Joy in Everyday Life course. Shambhala Training Levels I- IV. If you would like to attend, but do not have the prerequisites, please contact Gail McDonald.
SCHEDULE: Each course in the Way of Shambhala series, has five classes. This course will be offered on consecutive Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 p.m. beginning March 13th and ending on April 10th.
SUGGESTED FEE: $50 per person.
