Through the felt sense of our bodies, we can be open and sympathetic to our experience.
In this experiential workshop, we will practice listening to our bodies and paying close attention to physical sensation. We will cultivate a deep embodied presence through inner awareness, bringing us to a surprisingly grounded and centered meditation practice, one that feels more supportive, relaxed and friendly.
As we stay present to our felt or lived experience, we gain new tools and resources to work with our obstacles: the disconnection from ourselves that becomes the source of anxiety, physical and emotional pain, discursive mind, and chronic tension. We develop the capacity to be more self-loving and self-connected.
Our goals are a settled mind and a full, open connection to our inherent richness of experience.
This workshop is great for meditators and for anyone wanting more access to their bodies, hearts, and resources.
