Shambhala Level III: Warrior in the World
with Jesse Miller
June 7 / 6:45 PM - June 9 / 6:00 PM
Based on ancient teachings that were brought to the West by Tibetan Buddhist meditation master Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Shambhala Training offers a way of living in the world with confidence, genuineness and creative expression based on the inherent wisdom that exists in every person. Shambhala training offers clear and precise methods for uplifting our personal experience and that of others. This weekend-long program includes meditation instruction with periods of sitting and walking practice, formal talks, group discussion and personal interviews.
Having examined our habitual tendencies in Level II, The Birth of the Warrior, we begin to look at our willingness to experience our life without relying on the cocoon. We begin to engage the world directly and extend the attitude of fearlessness to our activities. Prerequisite: Shambhala Training Level II
Student Price: $100
To Repeat the level: $65
