Working with Difficult Situations
with Deborah Coats & Sibylle Fraund
March 1 / 7:00 PM - March 3 / 5:00 PM
The Desung Arm of the Dorje Kasung protects the harmony and supports the health and wellbeing of our community. Since 1985, the Desung Arm of the Dorje Kasung has been working with difficult situations using practices provided by the Dorje Dradül and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
These practices are applicable in any difficult situation and do not need previous experience. In this interactive workshop we will explore how they apply to our personal, professional and organizational lives.
All Dorje Kasung and members of Shambhala who are in leadership positions, involved in meditation instruction, teaching, Community Care Councils, Health and Well-Being position, or if you have professional involvement in the helping professions, are welcome to attend. This program also serves as the entry level training for Dorje Kasung who would like to apply to be members of the DesungArm. You are welcome to attend if you are a member of Shambhala in a leadership position, involved in meditation instruction, teaching, Community Care Councils, Health and Well-Being position, or if you have professional involvement in the helping professions.
