The Gainesville Shambhala Meditation Group meets every Tuesday at 6pm for Sitting Meditation Practice followed by a Talk the Shambhala Buddhist path. Everyone is welcome.
Meditation instruction is available at no charge. Please arrange for meditation instruction in advance.
