Mindfulness in Daily Life


From washing dishes to cooking, from the Internet to work and money we can move from forgetfulness to mindfulness.


During the month of February we will explore mindfulness in our daily life through meditation, readings, contemplation, dialogue and discussion.


We can allow ourselves the opportunity to appreciate, listen and observe and to be curious about our routines, surprises, or even irritations.  When we open up, so does the world around us.
