 Ngöndro & Werma Practice Intensive Weekend (March)

A two-day intensive practice and study program for all Werma and Ngöndro practitioners. We create a retreat environment, with silence practice until teatime in the afternoon. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch and eat at the Centre.
As part of the morning session, there is a reading period during which one can also do some stroke practice. Please bring a text you would like to read and contemplate, as well as your brush. The afternoon discussion period starts with a short Wheel of Wisdom practice. Please bring your liturgy.
Daily schedule 9:00 – 11:15 : Opening Chants, Practice Session I 11:15 – 12:00 : Reading and Stroke Practice 12:00 – 1:15 : Silent Lunch 1:15 – 3:30 : Practice Session II, Protector Chants 3:30 – 4:00 : Tea 4:00 – 5:30 : Discussion, Closing Chants
Suggested donation: $20 if self-staffed, $30 if led by a teacher Generosity policy applies: pay what you can afford. Attending a whole weekend counts towards fulfilling the one-month group practice requirement, but people are welcome to join the group for one day, or half a day. Open to all Shambhala vajrayana students.
